Proceedings
The conference proceedings will be published at the JACoW web site. CD-ROMs will be available free of charge to conference delegates, if requested at the time of conference registration.
Contributed oral presentations and poster presentations may be up to 3 pages long and invited papers up to 5 pages.
The deadline for the receipt of contributions to the Proceedings is Wednesday 21 June 2006.
The Proceedings will be prepared electronically: guidelines and templates for the preparation and electronic submission of contributions will be provided. Paper copies of electronically submitted contributions must be handed in at the Proceedings Office at the conference venue.
The electronic files of contributions to the Proceedings will be processed prior to and during the conference and authors will be informed of their acceptance without delay. Processing of contributions will follow the rhythm of their presentation during the week. Authors handing in the paper copies should also follow this scheme: papers scheduled for presentation on Monday, 26 June are accepted from Sunday afternoon until mid-day Monday, then Tuesday's papers from Monday afternoon until mid-day Tuesday, and so on.
It is expected that a pre-press set of papers, without author index or table of contents, will be available about two weeks after the conference. The final version will be available on the JACoW site about two months after the conference. The CD-ROM for those who request it should be available shortly afterwards.

"But words are things, and a small drop of ink, (Don Juan - Lord Byron)
Falling, like dew, upon a thought produces ,
That which makes thousands, perhaps millions think. "
